Absolutely. Since we handcraft each product, we can easily and quickly make adjustments as needed. When a roof rack, glass carrier, mTube, or other product needs to be installed in combination with another brand, we can create custom adapters. We always strive for an appropriate and effective solution, ensuring our product can be installed while respecting products from other brands. Please provide all details and, if possible, some photos with your order. We will take care of the rest.

• Cleaning the ladder:
  • Light dirt: use lukewarm water with a mild cleaning product and a soft sponge.
  • Heavy dirt: use a solvent-based cleaner or a non-abrasive polish that is safe for anodised aluminium.
• Fixing points: regularly check the hinges or fixing points and carefully tighten any loose bolts, especially after intensive use or in varying road conditions.

⚠️ Avoid alkaline cleaning products containing ammonia or sodium hydroxide, as these can damage the protective layer.
