Over the years, she has learned that every challenge is an opportunity to find a solution and keep moving forward. As Valerie likes to say: “mobietec is like a box of chocolates. Thanks to her versatility and many years of experience, both customers and colleagues can rely on her for guidance and stability. She knows how to navigate calm moments as well as unexpected challenges, combining strategic thinking with a warm, people-oriented approach. It’s a combination that makes mobietec stronger every single day.

Outside of work, Valerie follows her passions. She is a true horse enthusiast—not only through riding but also as a horse-reflected coach, helping others find balance and strength through the unique power of connection.
