Standard delivery times from the mobietec factory to the distribution points depend on the location. Within the Benelux, it is 1 week after ordering. Outside of that region, it is 10-14 days.
To place an order and ensure we provide the correct roof rack, we need the make and model of your vehicle. If you are unsure about the specifications, please provide the wheelbase, total length, and height of the vehicle. In some cases, your vehicle may need to be prepped in the workshop for installation. It is also important to know if a ladder needs to be mounted on the rear door or hinges.
If you need a glass carrier, we would like to know if a roof rack is already installed, if one will be installed later for mounting the glass rack, or if no roof rack is required at all. Additionally, the mounting points for the roof rack must be accessible. If the mounting points are not available, we cannot proceed with the installation.
